PRECAUTION PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
- After the power switch is turned off, the radio and display receiver
assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result,
after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 85
seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary
battery terminal.
- When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery
terminal, initialize the following systems after the terminal is
reconnected.

NOTICE:
- When replacing the radio and display receiver assembly, always replace
it with a new one. If a radio and display receiver assembly which was
installed to another vehicle is used, the following may occur:
- A communication malfunction DTC may be stored.
- The radio and display receiver assembly may not operate normally.
- When replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), be sure to replace it with a new one
